Stacie M Curtis, President and Founder, has a combined 34 years of real estate experience, focusing on wireless telecommunications and utility projects, with a nationwide background in property acquisition, right of way, title, zoning, and project management, nationwide governmental affairs and regulatory compliance.

Her accomplishments include working with the National State Wireless Association to create the New Jersey Wireless Association, which has grown from a handful of members to more than 2,000 professional members. From 2007 through 2012, she was the first woman President for State Wireless Association, a former State Wireless Association Executive Committee Member, and was instrumental in overseeing monetary donations to numerous charitable groups.  She was successful along with the PCIA and New Jersey Wireless Association in pushing through New Jersey Senate Bill No. 2989 has made it easier for her wireless clients to construct, modify, and install their networks. Curtis is a current member of the New Jersey Wireless Association, various SWAPs, International Right of Way Association Chapter 15, where she is Membership Chair, President of the Supplier Diversity Development Council, which works in conjunction with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Associate Member of the New Jersey Utility Association and a member of New Jersey Business and Industry Association, New Jersey Alliance for Action and Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey.

Curtis serves on the Enterprising Women Advisory Board which is comprised of a select group of women and men who show their support for the publication and give back to the business community. Curtis also was appointed as a Forum Committee Representative for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

In 2014, Curtis participated in the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program, an intensive executive development program for WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises.  Curtis is an honor graduate from The College of St. Elizabeth holding degrees in legal studies and psychology. She is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey, a member of the National Association of Realtors and The Women’s President Organization of Monmouth County. Also, she was selected as one of the top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs by Leading Women Entrepreneurs and New Jersey Monthly magazine. Curtis was chosen as an Enterprising Women of the Year by Enterprising Women magazine, received the Brava Award, and a finalist for the Smart CEO Skylines Award, chosen for the Future 50 and Corporate Culture Award by NJ Smart CEO and received the SDDC Leadership Award in 2018 & 2019.  Curtis also sat on the Board of Trustees for the College of St. Elizabeth.
