Stacie Curtis and CW Solutions recognized at the 2020 Supplier Diversity Development Council Awards

Stacie Curtis, CW Solutions President and Co-Founder, was nominated and selected by the Supplier Diversity Development Council (SDDC) for the 2020 Stellar Award. The SDDC Stellar Award represents a SDDC Board Member who has consistently displayed leadership and advocacy for the growth of the SDDC’s mission. CW Solutions was also nominated and selected by the Supplier Diversity Development Council for the 2020 Epic Award. The SDDC Epic Award represents a certified diverse business that has displayed excellence in business leadership and accomplishments.

The Supplier Diversity Development Council is dedicated to forging effective working relationships amongst minority, women, veteran and service disabled veteran owned businesses (M/W/SDVBEs) and New Jersey public utilities and the Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) on matters relating to methods of reporting, measuring, and assessing the development of these relationships. The Supplier Diversity Development Council (SDDC) recently welcomed three new board members. Cristina Pinzon, Maddie Chandran, and David Earp are the newest members of the council. These individuals have demonstrated their commitment to minority, women, and veteran owned businesses and will assist the SDDC to enhance economic growth in these communities.

In the spirit of the holiday season, CW Solutions has made charitable donations to Elijah’s Promise and Mama Mare Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Elijah’s Promise Community Kitchen was founded in August 1989 as a community soup kitchen and currently provides job training curriculum, community garden programming, social service assistance to individuals and families, community focused nutrition classes, social enterprise food businesses, and community food systems advocacy. Mama Mare Breast Cancer Foundation was founded by Krista Kasper in honor of her late mother, Mary Ellen Pernice, also known as Mama Mare, who lost her battle to Stage IV breast cancer.
